Leadership Starts at Your Door, Not at the Podium

I spent ten years on the Smithfield Town Council, two as President, and I got there the same way I always have: by knocking on doors and listening more than I talk. I've led the fundraising and build of the Smithfield Dog Park, co-founded the Youth Council, and helped save and rehab the East Smithfield Neighborhood Center.

Now I'm running for State Representative in District 53. My focus hasn't changed. I want strong schools for our kids and a state government that represents the people who elected it.

Three Concerns I Hear Every Day

I have a son in fourth grade and aging parents, so these issues aren't abstract to me. They're what my own family talks about at dinner. Here's where I'll focus my energy in the State House.

Strengthening Our Schools

I spent over a decade working in higher education, and I know what it takes to get every child the resources they need, no matter their zip code.

Tackling Cost of Living

My family feels it too. I'll fight the rising costs on healthcare, housing, and groceries that make it hard for young families to plant roots here.

Supporting Our Seniors

I have aging parents. I'll protect senior services and fixed incomes so people can stay in the town they helped build.
